ROBOTIC ADAPTIVE ULTRASONIC MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

TPSH designs and develops a new adaptive NDT automatic control system.

OUR ROBOTIC ULTRASONIC 3D POINT THICKNESS MEASUREMENT SYSTEM IS A GAIN IN PRODUCTIVITY.

After 7 years of R&D and several registered patents, we have developed an automatic industrial robotic system. It combines an ultrasonic measuring system associated in real time with a laser probe. This innovative solution is useful for position and orientation control of the US probe as well as for real 3D topological analysis of a part.

Our technology responds to the needs of automation of controls useful for reducing non-quality and improving manufacturing processes. Our robotic cell is a turnkey tool ensuring the repeatability of dimensional and US controls of parts, a strong 3D traceability for parts with low precision, low rigidity or large dimensions.

Integration of a measuring head associating a 3D laser measurement line with an ultrasound probe
6-axis robot allowing great flexibility and easy integration into a production environment with a real-time control option
Interfacing of the acquisition system in automatic 3D and NDT Robotic ultrasounds coupled with a TPSH operations supervisor
Merger of TPSH PHL software to automatically create 3D and US control programs to meet the needs of automation, correlation, specific detection and special report editing.
