TPSH: KEY PLAYER IN THE PAM-PROD PROJECT: Additive Manufacturing Processes – Productivity

The Essonnian SME is in charge of the real-time process control of the hybrid additive manufacturing machines developed in the project.

TPSH accompanies 6 French partners (Laboratories and Industries) in the PAM-PROD project which consists in bringing a new solution to deal with problems related to large parts in the field of additive manufacturing.

The project should make it possible to develop a hybrid machine based on the use of wire technologies (MAG and Laser) and also CLAD (Powder Deposition).

TPSH will be in charge of the real time process control MAG LASER and CLAD to guarantee the conformity of future parts manufactured by the hybrid machine.

The control process will be done with the TCAM128-65 multi-spectral camera, SWIR visible infrared, developed 100% by TPSH.

ROBOTIC AND AUTOMATIC POLISHING SYSTEM FOR BLADE FINISH

A NEW TECHNOLOGY: SOLUTION OF ADAPTIVE PROCESSES.

A 100% AUTOMATED AND ROBOTIC SYSTEM FOR BLADE AND TURBINE.

We have designed an automated adaptive process technology for part finishing. Our robotic polishing and grinding cell combines a measurement system and parameterized trajectories. The objective is to guarantee better productivity and ensure traceability by generating a PV of control and conformity in automatic state of a piece after polishing.
Points to be noted:

  • Automatic quantization of the data assigned to the process in order to bring the piece back to the theoretical level
  • Monitoring quality of each piece
  • Adaptation of the trajectories according to the defects of shape of the parts
  • Traceability of conformity reports
  • and increase in the rate of production
