After 7 years of R&D and several patents filed, we have developed an automated robotic industrial system. It combines a real-time ultrasound measurement with a laser probe useful for position and orientation control of the US Probe and real-world 3D topology analysis of a room. Our technology meets the needs of the automation of controls useful for the reduction of non-qualities and the improvement of manufacturing processes. Our robotic cell is a turnkey tool ensuring the repeatability of dimensional and US controls of parts and a strong 3D traceability for parts of unspecific shapes, weakly rigid or large.
