Our alternative means of visual inspection is the combination of a collaborative robot or 6-axis cobot with our measuring and inspection head. The advantage of such a cobotic technology is that it allows the operator to modify the programmed trajectory to facilitate the use of the measuring head and guarantees repeatable positions once the normal control cycle has been resumed..

The TPSH measurement and control head creates robotic trajectories ensuring the traceability of 2D and 3D automatic controls, the realisation of a specific control range and an evolution of the control range by the controller.  This automatic acquisition technology is already qualified by the largest French and international manufacturers. In particular, it is deployed for the assembly control of motor elements on the assembly line.
